Blender Brownies
Ingredients:
6 pitted Medjool dates
3/4 cup sprouted gluten-free and glyphosate-free oats
2 pasture-raised eggs
1/4 cup grass-fed butter or coconut oil
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
3 Tbsp collagen powder
1 Tbsp coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp Redmond real salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth. If batter seems thick, slowly add 1 Tbsp at a time of filtered water until smooth
Pour into a parchment lined 8x8 baking dish
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
