Immune Boosting Shots
Ingredients:
4” fresh ginger
4” fresh turmeric
4 garlic cloves
2 medium oranges
pinch of black pepper, cayenne pepper, ceylon cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
Put each ingredient through a cold press juicer, such as a hurom
Stir to combine
Pour 1/4 cup servings or into 2 oz shot glasses, add a pinch of black pepper, cayenne, and ceylon cinnamon if using, and consume
