Power Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup filtered water or coconut water
1 green apple
1 small pear
1 cup romaine lettuce
2 stalks of celery
1 handful of soaked walnuts
1 Tbsp hydrated chia seeds
Directions:
Add water or nut milk, romaine and celery to the blender and blend until smooth. Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend again until smooth.
