Chocolate Bone Broth Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup coconut milk, or raw grass-fed milk

3 cubes frozen bone broth, (from bone broth poured into an ice cube tray and frozen)

1 scoop clean chocolate protein powder (I use Naked Nutrition or Equip Prime Protein)

1 scoop collagen powder

1 Tbsp nut or seed butter (almond, sunflower, cashew, etc)

1 tsp cacao powder

1 tsp bee pollen

1/2 cup frozen berries of choice (raspberries, blackberries, etc)

1 Tbsp raw honey, or pure maple syrup, (optional for sweetness)

Directions:

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy

Pour into a large glass and enjoy

Green Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup of cooked, frozen spinach

1 cup homemade nut mylk or pasture-raised raw milk

1 cup filtered water

1/2 green apple

1/2 avocado

1/2 cup frozen pineapple

1/4 cup frozen blueberries

1/4 medium cucumber

2 pitted medjool dates

2 Tbsp hemp seeds

2 Tbsp hydrated chia seeds

1 tsp royal jelly

1 tsp fresh ginger root, peeled and chopped

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Share with your partner and enjoy
